"I only went out for a walk, and finally concluded to stay out till sundown, for in going out, I found I was really going in"
Explorer of lights and lives, wanderer, tireless walker and tree hunter.
Rooted in a deep interest in how people perceive, shape, and care for their environments, my work explores how individuals and communities inhabit the places they call their own. Through personal projects and place-based stories, I follow the details, gestures, and rhythms that reveal these connections.
This is where my artistic practice meets my professional journey, both grounded in the same desire to engage with personal accounts and local experiences, and to reflect on how human presence is woven into places.
With a background in rural sociology and 15 years of experience in natural resource governance, I work with international organizations and communities addressing environmental and social challenges.
